When we launched our Lotus Caramelised Biscoff Ice Cream at the beginning of this year, little did we know how quickly it would become one of our best sellers! Combining the rich flavour of the nation’s favourite coffee accompaniment, known to many as the ‘little red biscuit’, with our indulgent dairy base, created an irresistible flavour that our customers have adored ever since. Following this instant popularity and having been awarded a prestigious gold star in the Great Taste Awards 2016, we’re delighted to announce the launch of the 120ml, individual portion tubs.
Packed with the same great flavour, the smaller tubs offer the perfect solution to enjoying our ice cream on the go, at the cinema or in the theatre. A great alternative to scoops and cones the new range is ideal for children and adults alike and thanks to the traditional spoon in the lid design, can be easily and quickly scoffed by the whole family.

The Great Taste Awards are widely acknowledged to be the most
respected food accreditation scheme for artisan and speciality producers in the
country. Each year, 500 judges, blind taste test 10,000 food and beverage
products from manufacturers nationwide, before awarding the very best with one,
two or three gold stars. Just 25% of entries receive a star and out of that

With this in mind, we’re absolutely delighted to announce that once again, two of our new flavours have achieve a prestigious honour in the Great Taste Awards 2016, with our Lotus Caramelised Biscoff Ice Cream gaining one gold star and our High Fruit Blackcurrant Sorbet was given a fantastic two stars in 2016. This takes our total to an incredible 12 Gold Stars since we began submitting our ice creams and sorbets into the awards in 2012.
